Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Mobility Assistance: Help clients move safely around their home or community, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, and assisting with walking.
Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects, ensuring clients take their medications on time.
Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences, and assist with feeding as necessary.
Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in conversation and activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Transportation: Escort clients to medical appointments, social activities, and other outings, ensuring their safety during transport.
Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients’ physical or mental health to the appropriate medical professionals or family members.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily activities, observations, and any changes in condition.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as a caregiver or nursing assistant (CNA) preferred.
Previous experience in a caregiving role is highly desirable.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:

Physical Requirements:
